Troy has a strong background in working with the Irish diaspora in London, addressing issues of poverty, community engagement, and cultural heritage. Originally from Donegal, Troy served as the first Irish-born Mayor of Islington in 2021.

 His experience in fostering community connections and his commitment to linking Irish culture and heritage with education is a tremendous asset to Safe Home Ireland.
